After a year

It has been a year and ten days now since i came to work in Jamshedpur. I still remember the first day's drive from the railway station when i was gazing out through the window of the white Indica and planning to document my stay in the city which was fleeting past in a multitude of sights and sounds.
I wonder what were my exact feelings then?! I can only guess, but I am sure they were far removed from what I now feel for this city.
The journal was never started inspite of an abundance of brilliant anecdotes worth recounting. That is, until now. I hope to post in this blog the myriad thoughts, problems, emotions and uncertainties that this city evoked in me...for better or for worse.
